Michael Emanuel - Life Coach
Michael Emanuel serves as a  Life Coach at Hearts With A Mission.

Why do you feel called to serve at H.W.A.M.?
Working with kids has always been an interest of mine. Being a Criminology major has made me realize how important our youth really are. With my schooling and my experience as being the Co-Campus Minister at Southern Oregon University, I knew that I wanted to help kids. Whether helping them feel safe or helping them spiritually, H.W.A.M. has been the perfect place to help kids overall.

What is your role at the H.W.A.M.?
Since my time here in So. Oregon, I have been very involved in the community. Whether it was clubs or ministry, I have been able to see a lot of So. Oregon. With this experience, I love to be able to help the kids feel more at home. A home can be a single house, but can also be a community where people can gather enjoy life. Being a Life Coach has been a blessing. I like to help the kids with their spiritual needs. Knowing that God takes care of all of us give me the push to help the kids grow closer to God.

What are your favorite things about working at H.W.A.M.?
What I love about H.W.A.M. is the family atmosphere. Being around loving and caring people is very comforting and that's what can be found here at H.W.A.M. I look forward to coming to my "second home" and knowing that there will be comfort and joy.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I love being outside. If I can get outside, I will be happy. My favorite things to do include hiking, running, and pretty much every sport there is. I also loves studying my bible and seeing God's word daily because I know that God will always have an answer.

What is one funny thing about yourself?
Something that I do that people find funny is that I have a list of one liners that I say on a regular basis. It started with me just talking and eventually turned into a funny thing I do. To be honest, I just love laughing. I guess I am a little too random at times.
